The property rental department of LEXXUS a.s. has been on the Prague residential real estate market since the 1990s. Our team is made up of an assistant, the property manager and experienced brokers, able to meet even the most challenging requirements. The property rental department is flexible and employees speak a wide range of languages. The success of our work is due to our professionalism and team work, as well as our individual approach to our clients.
You can find properties in Prague and the surrounding area in our database, with average monthly prices at around CZK 20,000. The minimum rental period is one year. To ensure a comprehensive range we cooperate with other real estate agencies. Our team attends to each client from searching for suitable property through to concluding the rental agreement and the following handover, right up to the end of the rental period.

- Selecting properties from the extensive LEXXUS database (and those of other estate agents) according to the clients’ requirements, demands and budget
- Personal participation of the broker when viewing buildings and the connected meetings
- Brokering the agreement, including legal consultation and evaluation of the properties on agreement with the owner
- Providing the handover protocol and personal participation of the broker when handing over the building to the client and back to the landlord
- Complete advisory, operational and consultation services for the duration of the property rental
