Sedmikráska - Vysočany

The Sedmikráska Project will offer a total of 155 housing units with the dispositions from 1+kk to 3+kk and 11 commercial units. The parking spaces and cellar units are located on two basement floors with a sufficient capacity to include parking for visitors.

The construction works of the housing complex will also include a park that will bring this location greenery and a place to rest.

The Českomoravská metro station, line B, as well as the nearby tram stop (50m away) provide fast access to the Wenceslas Square.

The integrated civic amenities at the place of the Sedmikráska construction site have recently expanded by the newly opened Harfa Gallery shopping mall. The sports O2 Arena provides both sports and cultural opportunities.
