About the property

Half of Benice is a protected nature park Botic - Milicov. It is home to about 500 inhabitants. There are other natural parks in the vicinity, such as Pruhonice. The public bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house, from where you can reach Chodov metro station in 12 minutes. Uhrineves Train Station is an 8-minute drive away.

The two-storey brick house with a flat roof and wooden panelling is set in the middle of the garden, which leads directly to a branch of the Benický Brook.
