About the project
The modern Nová Květnice residential project is in a peaceful location in the municipality of Květnice on the edge of Prague.In its first stage the project offers
two-storey houses linked by a completely-built network of streets and lanes. Every house has its own
garden and two parking spaces, one of which is in a garage. Nová Květnice provides its residents with a perfect family atmosphere.
All the houses are designed in a modern style and offer an open, high-quality concept of living in the countryside with the city within reach. You will certainly appreciate the timeless and modern design of both the exterior and the interior of the houses. The clear lines and natural palette of colours show that all the houses are part of one site, but they retain an individual appearance.
The project is being realised in several stages. In the first one we will build
three-bedroom (4+kk) and four-bedroom (5+kk) houses. In the next stages it will offer its future residents apartments and there is also a plan to expand the civic amenities to include a children's playground, shop and coffee-shop.
The houses are in a peaceful part of
Květnice, within reach of
the eastern edge of Prague and close to the countryside. In the village you will find a post office, a primary school, guest houses, restaurants, children's playgrounds and two ponds. Close to the project you can find Škvorecká obora protected natural area, as well as Klánovice reservation, and there are lots of hiking routes in the surrounding area.
Transport access to Prague is handled by regular bus lines and the train station in neighbouring Úvaly.
Černý most metro station is only 15 minutes' drive away. The journey to the nearest primary school in Újezd nad Lesy, which offers complete civic amenities from doctors to grocery shops, takes only eight minutes.
